2007 Philippine Blog Awards

pba07_web180×160.gifIt was an extraordinary feeling to be part of the first Philippine Blog Awards. Aside from being a nominee, I volunteered to help out Liz at the registration area. Because of this, I was able to meet a lot of the bloggers behind the sites I visit regularly.

There was Lori of DessertComesFirst – I wanted to kiss her feet! I love her blog so much and really wish I could do what she does. I also got to meet the man behind MarketManila who was accompanied by his wife and darling daughter. And the very makulit Markku whose Photoalbum publisher I really really love and wish I used. I finally met Girlie who was looking forever young and vibrant. I still cant believe she has two kids already! I also got to write the name tags for Sonnie of Sonnie’s Porch. 033107_award.jpgI got to say good afternoon to the famous sassy lawyer, Connie Veneracion. And ohmigosh Tew was there! I love her designs… she is soo talented (just like my friends Joni, Mae and Liz!) Finally, when we were just about to pack up the booth to go into the theatre… this tall lanky madeup fashionista in very high heels (higher than my own white stilettos) wearing an all black ensemble with a matching fur stole accompanied by a uniformed nanny approached the table and looked at me waiting… I said – Bryanboy! I almost said I adore you (hehe just kidding).

    - Nice to see you too! Di ko kayo nakasama sa after-event party. I was too engrossed on our tables conversation which revolved around – politics most of the time.. until it turned to sex. Go Shari!

    Bayaan mo si Chris. Wag mo yun pansinin. Peace!

    Waahh, ate apples? =P

    Ako makulit? Hindi ah. Hehehe.

    Don’t worry, magkakaroon ng bagong version ng iPAP, yung madaling gamitin para sa lahat! Promise yan! =)

    Seryoso di ko alam na mag-asawa kayo ni Chris, ang cool nyo eh! Para kayong binata’t dalaga. Hehehe. =)

    @Markku
    - Ikaw makulit? Oo kaya. Dali publish mo na bagong version. Chris and I have been looking for an alternative to Gallery but IPAP right now does not yet have what he “requires”.
    Di mo alam? Di sinabi sayo ni Chris? Tsk tsk (may kasamang tapping of the feet at crossed arms).
    Binata’t Dalaga? Di ko alam kung compliment yan. :) But yeah I know what you mean.
