Virus attack
I have been extremely busy at work for the past few weeks… well, ok months. About two weeks ago, our project team was part of a very big implementation that would culminate the year long hard work that we have all put in. It took us a week of shifting hours to get through it all. The end came with a virus attack… on me. Because of the lack of sleep and stress and my forgetting to drink my vitamins - my body gave up on me.
It started with a hoarse voice one morning which turned into a full blown sore throat and chills by the end of the day. I was bedridden for days. Until now, I have the sniffles and a cough that scratches my throat dry.
I hate being sick. I can’t play with my kids. I can’t play with my husband (wink wink). I can’t eat. I can’t sleep. I can’t go out. I can’t think. I can’t blog. I can’t attend blogger’s events.
But its all good too. Getting sick made me realize a lot of things… foremost is that I am tired. Gawd I need a vacation! Now!

ay kaya pala, i was hoping to see you at Taste Asia. Hope you’re recovering well…take care and dont forget to take you meds, and of course the vitamins
Girlie - I was also hoping to see all my fellow bloggers but I felt too bad to even stand up. I also did not want to spread germs at the event. I am sure you guys enjoyed. I will be there at the next one!
Ahhhh, okay. It’s clear now. Hi, Apples. Hope you don’t mind us commenting here. We’re getting tired of visiting your hubby’s blog kasi. Joke joke joke.
Seriously, though, we missed the Haravatas presence at TasteAsia. Hope you’re feeling better now. /no1
