I was tagged a few days ago by jrocas to reveal 8 random facts about me. It took me a while before jumping on the bandwagon because it has been a hectic week and I thought 8 was far too many for the 5 minutes that I had to spare off from my busy schedule.

This one is different though as before you can even start, you have to read the list of rules so you can abide by them.

• You share 8 things that your readers don?t know about you then at the end, tag 8 other bloggers to keep the fun going. Each blogger must post these rules first.

1. Ok so one random fact about me is that I have a bad habit of biting my nails. I started this out when I was very young. I think I replaced sucking my thumb with this awful habit. This is the main reason I do not grow my nails such that I am unable to wear nail polish. For someone who is ultimately kikay… well that is just so sad.
2. I suffer from obsessive compulsiveness. I hate seeing unmade beds, uncapped bottles, water stains on tables or floors. I wipe down my desk at the office every morning with alcohol before starting my work day. I cannot take down notes when using a notebook with coarse paper or a pen that isn’t fine point. I always reformat the font of emails and documents if they have been created using a font I do not like. I cannot deal with wedgies, flyaways or puddles.
3. One of my dreams is to become a racecar driver like Gabby Dela Merced.
4. I have always been a dancer. I started with ballet when I was in kindergarten and then moved on to join the cheerleading squad in grade school. I was an officer of the dance club in high school and dance-partied hard in college. I even joined a powerdance competition that our company held for its staff several years back. I used to want to marry one of the Maneouvers (one of the twins specifically). It has been a while since I last danced – performance level. Hmm, I wonder how it would feel like now.
5. I do not flag down and ride taxis when I am alone. If I have no choice, I would call a trusted taxi service and pay extra than to ride whichever cab stops in front of me first.
6. I am afraid of cops… (oh but you know that already)
7. I belong to those who are not interested in migrating to another country.
8. My siblings often kid me about the fact that I am afraid of the dark. My escapades with the dark have been a regular anecdote at family gatherings. I guess its because all those times I was afraid they were the ones inconvenienced. My mom would always make them accompany me to where I needed to be if it was dark even if they did not want to.  At least now I don’t need to bother them, my husband can be with me in case I get scared. Hehe.
