The problem is that http://apples-pie.com/mother-of-two is already claimed, and our systems don't both a parent & and child (lower-level) URL. In those cases, generally either the parent URL is a blog hosting service, or the child URL is a permalink or category link. So I'm afraid you'll have to choose one or the other blog to claim.
