Last night’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy that was shown in Star World was an episode you should not have missed.

It was literally magnetic. You could not pull away from all the emotions evoked from this episode.

It was the day that Meredith was going to die… or so we thought.

The hospital was in chaos… One doctor did not want to give birth to her child risking his life… another was operating on this pregnant doctor’s husband who had his life hanging by a thread… as one struggled to maintain order within… as a couple pretended their lives did not mean anything to each other… while Meredith pretended to be strong as a member of the bomb squad tried to comfort her… as she held the “unstable” ammo that came from a homemade bazooka.

My eyes were glued to the TV as I watched (with bated breath) the scenes roll.

It felt like I was there… outside the hospital… watching the characters as they made stupid decisions and uttered similary stupid words… but then I wasnt.

Its only TV after all. But thats Grey’s Anatomy. It will wrap its arms around you… engulf you in its tragedy… and make you a part of their world.

So…

As Meredith narrates… If today were your last day on Earth? How would you spend it?
