The meaning of Christmas

I was brought up believing that Christmas is a season of giving (remember Hallmark?) and of being with family, friends and loved ones. It is a season of forgiving and more loving… of coming home. Are we not witnesses to more people doing good during the Christmas season?

I remember an incident years ago when I was still young and stubborn. I had a fight with my dad that resulted in me giving him the silent treatment. Two months went by without me ever talking to him until Christmas came. I finally woke up and apologized (I think hehe) to him and it was back to normal since then.

The Christmas season does that to people, I guess.

I haven’t felt Christmas for three years now. Its not the decreasing number of gifts that I receive (less gifts as you get older). Its not the decreasing number of parties that I attend or the food that I eat. It is because two people I love still don’t get along and I am in the middle of everything.

Christmas will never be complete as long as my family is not whole. And with the way things are going, this is how it will remain to be.

This is just one of those times that everything I ever believed in is suddenly not the truth anymore. And it sucks that the meaning of Christmas is not strong enough to fix whatever it is that has been broken.

Tsk tsk.

Don’t we wish everyday were Christmas, which is the way it should be? Here’s hoping that you find your Christmas!
Happy New Year to you and your family!

Forgive the obscurity for a brief moment:

Saturn is the threshold, the boundary and the ego structure without which we are unable to function effectively in the world.
he is as high of ascension as most people achieve because of the ego. He resides in the spear of Binah of the Great Tree of Life and can sometimes be construed as an ultimate high but not the Ultimate High most appointed as He.

The word manger in french (maingeure) is derivited of mangier- to eat. The undertone of consumption of the saviour which in my definition is the origin of most commercialism that we have Consumed the spirit of Christ (Christmas) and not absorbed him. How much time do we spend on justifying him to ourselves and others that we forget to live as he taught?

Saturn can/will often confuse us as we often conflict with our own selves (Ego) when the spirit of CHRISTmas is the exact opposite in his own nature. This is not Saturn’s will, as his intentions are to give gold instead of stone. Jesus was crucified and died for our sins and Saturn’s lesson is to crucify our own ego in order to ascend into the next sphere of Bliss.

Now back to your dilemna. Most people can barely ponder the back of their own head let alone be asked to sacrifice anything of themselves for even one day when their whole existence evolves around their own feelings. I am not justifying them in any way but I am mocking the spirit in which we feel a need to satisfy a void temporaily for one day when we truly need it for all our lives in everyway (The way He originally meant it to be!)

“Give away the stone let the waters kiss and transmutate these leaden grudges into gold”

    I mistyped:

“Saturn can/will often confuse us as we often conflict with our own selves (Ego) when the spirit of CHRISTmas is the exact opposite in his own nature.”

It is NOT Saturns nature to confuse us as we often confuse ourselves through our own intentions/agendas. Saturn is the mythilogical father Cronos that eats his own children. I portray an ugly miconception because we identify the problems in our lives the very same way. When we are the true enemy of our own sucess. We stand in our own way as we need to be taught to submit ourselves to God and our perception changes. Our reality is that thoughts transform into substance. Think the word storm and lightning flashes but that is another lesson.
