If he loves to study or read and you want him to be physically active, let him read about different sports or play and encourage him to try them. Learning can be easily achieved when all types of learning are applied – audio, visual and kinesthetic. Influence can be easily achieved when demonstrated (by parents, siblings and persons of authority). Study or read together and play together.
